Andorra, set in the Pyrenees is regarded by some as a tax haven on account of its concessions to those with funds to place in its coffers, while to others the country is a winter sports venue. We saw it ‘out of season’ so far as the winter sports were concerned, which meant that it was rather quiet - in fact we did not even hear the chink of money!
